RMA Service support for Hong Kong and Mainland China

We sincerely apologize for all inconvenience taken place after our termination of product distribution with ECT in Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China. We see that regulation for after service wasn't stated as clearly has caused trouble for regional users.
Thus, for future after service including warranty, repair, alteration, please note the following precautions:
1. Please inform us by private messaging our Facebook editor, providing photos of the product along with warranty card or receipt (either one);
2. Wrapped and pack the goods well and post it to our Taiwan office.
3. Please note that user pays one-way shipping fee;
4. Product maintenance will take approximately two weeks conservatively, urgent case will only be accepted if informed in advance;
5. Delivery of maintenance goods will be notified before shipping, please reconfirm your mailing information asap.
