Luminox Audio unveils “Luminox”
Luminox Audio announced today Luminox at the Fujiya-Avic Autumn Headphone Festival 2019. The latest addition to the company’s Audio Classical Series, the new Flagship Luminox cable features three sound signatures in one single cable: I, II and III. Users only have to turn the audio jack with a signature switcher in a clockwise or an anti-clockwise manner. Each turn of the audio jack by 120° using the signature switcher will immediately alter one’s listening experience.
Leveraging on 33 years of experience in Research & Development from its parent company, Luminox Audio has spent last 3 years developing a new patented technology allowing the user to listen to 3 different types of sound signatures through one single cable. This allows one to conveniently switch to the preferred sound signature without the need to switch to another cable.
Luminox consists of cross braided Tri-Coaxial wires utilizing the company’s Patented Pair Balancing (PB) technology. It maximises the stability of transmission while minimises the distortion, letting the user experience a neutral and stable sonic output.
Audiophiles who would like to experience different sonic signatures will be able to explore and match them with their favourite earphones. Even one is a novice in the hobby, The Luminox cable is also the perfect starting point allowing you to experience multiple signatures when paired with a variety of earphones available in the market.
The company also engaged Mr Hiroshi Teddy Tada, CEO and Art Director of VanNuys Inc. for the new Flagship cable. The exclusively designed handcrafted case is in full leather and features a belt clip as well as a unique accessory strap for the signature switcher.
“Our Patented mechanism is a methodology which we achieved after three years of research and development, aimed at providing a neutral and stable sonic output without any increase in impedance nor decrease in sensitivity,” said Steve Chang, Business Development Director, Luminox Audio. “We are confident that Audiophiles who would like to experience different sonic signatures will be able to explore and match them with their favourite earphones.”
